Human Resources requires a dynamic approach – sometimes we tip toe, while others we bust a move. The only constant is that nothing is static. HR is a dance. The style is as distinct as the person and circumstance. Indeed, one tutu does not suit all, yet everyone has a place in the recital.

Ballet: Years of dedicated study and practice lead HR dancers to possess reliable artistry and compliant technique.

Pointe: With the proper tools of the trade, HR dancers make painful things look effortless, each step executed with grace. Tip toeing not around but through difficult situations with poise and balance.

Lyrical: HR dancers appreciate expression, welcome vulnerability and recognize that diction matters. They know how to blend technique with artistry to offer captivating experiences.

Contemporary: HR dancers witness and guide the emotions of employees. We mirror them, shoulder the weight and advocate for better.

Jazz: A bit of an edge punctuated with spunk - the best HR dancers are full of personality.

Tap: Sequencing noise to make music, HR dancers hone the business’ rhythm. Keeping every flap, scuff and heel dig coordinated, they advance the skills and strategies of the organization.

Hip Hop: HR dancers are bold, cutting edge and agile, grooving to the business’ sick beats.

Ballroom: It takes two to tango. HR dancers partner with the business, serving as the leading man who creates a strong frame within which the business can craft a breathtaking routine. The audience notices the lifts, spins and fancy footwork. The business captivates while HR doesn’t draw attention to itself.

Musical Theater: HR dancers embrace storytelling, know how to engage the crowd and craft entertaining experiences that are show stoppers.

Irish: Whether hard shoe or soft, HR dancers present themselves as level, balanced and steady regardless of the complex maneuvers required by the choreography.

To the Point(e)

When all of these dance styles come together, not only is the versatility of HR more visible, but also, this profession is able to showcase employees and organizations in their best light.

Bravo! Encore!
