Anne Marie DeCarolis is a Talent Management professional with a passion for developing leaders at all levels of organizations, creating highly engaging learning environments and making inclusion and belonging tangible for individuals from all walks of life. She has a track record for engaging talent, transforming cultures and implementing creative solutions that enable people to perform at their best.
 

Her HR career has taken her across the chemical, aerospace, brand protection and life sciences fields. Anne Marie has cultivated global teams, founded Learning & Development functions and shaped Diversity & Inclusion strategies. Partnering closely with business leaders, seeking and offering mentorship, and frequently going to the gemba (“place of work”) to connect with employees are among her secrets to success. In 2023, she received the Thought Leadership in Learning & Development Award and published her first eBook, Talent Management on a Sticky Note. 

 

Anne Marie is a graduate of DeSales University’s MBA HR Management program; she earned her BS from Immaculata University in HR, Marketing and Business Management. She serves as Vice Chair of Immaculata's Business Advisory Board.

 
Outside of work, Anne Marie enjoys spending time with family, Zumba dancing, etching custom glassware and supporting organizations such as the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Awards and Wakefield Lions Club.
